Projects / Service Design / LAMK NiemiCampus Tutorial

Case: Further development of LAMK NiemiCampus wayshowing through service design
Client: Lahti University of Applied Sciences
Schedule: 6/2016
Authors: Design Reform Oy
Reform has been involved in developing the wayshowing system for Lahti University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with H&M Architects.
As part of the LAMK course, we organized a workshop to further develop the future NiemiCampus wayshowing concept in an increasingly user-oriented way. Service design methods were utilized in the workshop. The wayshowing was reviewed and prototyped using user profiles and map templates. Students and experts from different fields attended the inspiring workshop. The end results were good new ideas, which are reflected in the plans being implemented.
