Reform created a video animation for Aurion to illustrate a new machining method in which traditional cutting fluids are replaced with ionized air. Ionized air is an excellent alternative for both traditional wet and dry machining. Our challenge, together with the client’s team, was to produce a 3D animation part that clearly demonstrates how the new method works. The project also incorporated video as a proof that this revolutionary technology is already in use.
